- Good analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain friendly, professional relationships with colleagues, clients and contractors.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft suite and HTML
- Good copywriting skills
- A real passion for the internet and online retail (Fashion preferred but not essential).
- A proactive attitude and must be able to thrive in a varied and fast paced environment.
- Organized, planned and productive to get the most from each working day
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Developing innovative email campaigns from campaign brief right through to execution
- Effectively manage marketing email campaigns, working closely with the in-house design team to do so
- Make sure all email campaigns are consistent through the use of segmentation within CRM
- Increase campaign performance through creative testing and performance reviews
- Analyze success of email campaigns and use this to develop longer term strategy
- Building, sending and reporting on all ZALORA campaign emails This will include: creating and editing HTML emails
- Setting up the campaigns and data filters within ZALORA email marketing platform (currently hosted by Responsys)
